Capitec worse bank ever

Because of Capitec incompetence I am stuck unable to sort my kids school stuff. Capitec debited my account before my payday now I’m held responsible for their staff that didn’t do what they were told to do to correct their mistake. Now my credit facility that was only 5 months old they cancelled, now I can’t get access to my money. Capitec doesn’t care about their customers they all about how they can ***** their customers
