capitec Workshop

<p>I am very dissapointed with capitec bank,on the 22 june 2016 someone used my cellphone banking to widraw more than R4000 on my account,l went to capitec bank workshop and the guy who assisted me did show me the picture of the guy who witdraw money since that person also have an capitec account,l was told to go to the police station to open a case which l did,they told me it will take 11 working days for my case to be solved,after 11 days no onee had called me l then again went to capitec kwamnyandu they said they still working on it,and then yesterday a lady from capitec who was very rude called me and asked me did l use any numbers on my date of birth i said yes and she said well capitec is not gona pay you back your money. Did any1 tell me not to choose numbers on my ID number for a password? when i created a password for cellphone banking NO,She was really rude and told me l must forget because capitec is not gona pay me back,what kind of service is that? because They know The M.Makhanya who stole my money who is also their customer.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want my money bac****!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
