Capitec working with ********

So there are debit orders who goes through in my account monthly every month I've been reversing them then suddenly this month I can't I wanted help from capitec a guy called Thokozani called yesterday and gave me vake answers I asked him to put what he is saying on email so I can take it forward, believe me I'm still waiting for that email
