Capitec working with ****mers

What is going on with capitec this days guys, I is this a capitec's downfall? The have people the are debuting our account with out account holder's knowledge. The have debited R1500 for 3 Months from my Father's account and he complain about it they first say the money will be reversed in 24 hours but they never reversed it. The other months they say it is not reversible because it is a debit check, Tha debit check that my Father knows nothing about it as a pensioner until last week when he went to Sasa grant offices to change his account to Nedbank. On the 25th of May 2026 they debited R280 from my daughter's account after receiving her first R370 relief grant, when she went to the bank to report it and she was told it is not reversible because it is a debit check and they have nothing they can do to help her, but I am surprised becouse the banks have an obligation to protect our accounts and how can the money be diductet without a dibicheck massege sent to a client for authorization. The question is who authorized it, why can't it be reversible? Please people watch out for Capitec they are working with ****ers and the company is SS Legal cover. They say it is a client's responsibility to call the company and ask them to reverse the payment knowing excetly that those people are non existent. We trust the banks to protect our accounts but capitec is the worst of worse. That is why I myself have migrated to Standard bank and so far so good becouse I don't have funeral policies that just debit me without my knowledge.
