Capitec wont update my Credit Bureau
I took out a loan with Capitec last year in May and was paying R5600 now on the f07.01.2020 paid R63000 towards my loan and **** an arrangement for an new instalment to the new balance whicb is now R800 but to my suprise Capitec Bank will nkt update Credit Bureau now I want to applg for a car and I can not because of affordability that is showing that I am still paying Capite R5600 on my Credit Bureau, please help I need to know why are they nt updating the aystem to ahow my new installment abd the Balance that is left towards my loan
