Capitec won't return my money, not picking up the phone.

07 September, Monday 02:30am R5000 was withdrawn from my account from India apparently. Im in South Africa. My claim was logged onto the Capitec system on Tuesday 08 September. Today is 17th September, no one at the Card Disputes department answers the phone. My money has been returned. This is so frustrating, I don't understand why they won't pick up even to reassure their clients that they are working on the problem. This silence is UNACCEPTABLE, how do they think we are living???
