Capitec won't remove debtreview status on they system.

Went to capitec bank branch in Kolonade mall. To my Surprise the status of my debt review is still showing and Lady I spoke to said there's nothing Capitec can do I must just come back after year even though credit bureaus were notified and status changed. Very das because I've been banking with them for long time.
