Capitec won't release my money

In October last year a lady paid money into my account and I was asked to pay the money to Altcoin Trader. A while later my account was blocked by this lady. It was fine because I did not have money in my account. But then my pension got paid into my Capitec account and my ex also paid money in. 3 weeks ago I went to Capitec with all the proof. They told me they will let me know what the outcome is. Two weeks later I have still heard nothing from them. I have been back to Capitec and they just say wait we will let you know. Is there someone that can help me get my money out of this Capitec account
