Capitec won’t help their customers

I have previously wrote my complaint on my account being frozen after a person who bought something from me went to bank to say I ***** them without opening a case against me and was never informed about that after I complained here they called me that they are gonna open my account off which they did but they removed the money from my account

They called me to ask me to send a proof of what sold so they could release the funds and I sent them an email yesterday they called me and asked me to send them a court order by Monday.

I then called a friend who happened to be a Lawyer for some advice he explained a long process to obtain a court order which is not even possible to get by Monday and the same person advised to go open a case but I’m not even a complainant in this matter when I asked him if the was any case open against me he said he didn’t know and told me if I sent that court order they will escalate my complain to their forensic department which I find it odd

Before writing this today I 1st read complaints about Capitec bank and from what I read I lost hope I’m starting to think they are asking me for impossible things so that they can keep the money they don’t care about customers
