Capitec won't change the date on Loan!!!

I loan money at the bank for personal reason. Ask them (AT THE BEGINNING,BEFORE TO TAKE THE LOAN) to make a debit order the 1st of every month to go off because my BOSS pay us from the 25th until the end of the month. They said they cannot change the date because they seen my money coming in the 25th or the 27th maybe 28th. They set it on 25th or the last Wednesday or Thursday of the month. Now Capitec Bank is phoning me and tells me that I going to have a bad record because I don't pay 25th of every month. <br> <br> Why can you not change it? Other banks have options why not Capitec Bank?<br>
