Capitec Wolmaransstad bad service

Worst service I have ever seen. I wanted to open an account, get my ticket and was sitting in the waiting area. I was the only person sitting there. Nobody call my number 118. Then 2 persons walked in and was help immediately. When a lady eventually came to me she told me to get a new ticket. I told her it won't be necessary and walked out. No need waiting in line when the are helping people coming in after you
