Capitec withholds my funda for no reason

On 29 Feb I drove in to fill fuel and wasn't able to pay as my card was blocked, there were funds available for same. In January I was in their branch for FICA purposes, nothing untoward waa reported. After the non-payment, I visited their branch in Diepsloot where I was told to produce a proof of income and proof of address which I did. I was told to wait for a few days which have far exceeded a week. I communucated with them via whatsapp and got informed to wait. It remains unclear why Capitec chose to close my account as told by them. Currently I am sitting with no funds when I am in great and urgent need. I no longer know what to do for them to do the right thing. I have had to repeat myself to them that the said documents were also sent by their Diepsloot branch.
