Capitec withholding funds for no reason

Hi My Name is Nhlakanipho Makhubu I have been trying all avenues to get Capitec to assist me in telling me exactly what's going on since 8 December 2021 this is my 3rd review on Hello Peter to Capitec, going to the branch almost week since December, I've written on the facebook Capitec page called customer care countless times no help. Capitec ignores me I called the complaint department they hung up on me they keep saying they tried to call me but they haven't my number is ***. Funds were deposited in my account which has nothing to do with capitec and Capitec refuse to release the funds and I have been told to send affidavits Which i have been compliant but still they refuse. 1. They locked my account in December 2022 (Still waiting for feedback on that matter as well) 2. Now they refuse to give me funds that was deposited in my account in April which has nothing to do with the December pending matter) I was asked to send a copy of my ID certified and proof of where the funds came from which have done weeks ago and to date capitec refuses to even pick up the phone and speak to me. EVERYTIME I GO TO THE BRANCH THEY ALL SAY THEY DONT KNOW AND THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO I NEED TO CUSTOMER CARE WHEN I CALL CUSTOMER CARE THEY SAY I MIUST GOTO THE BRANCH. They say they tried to call me but on my old number *** which I went to update and gave them my new number but still. Im sure i wont get feedback either on this review but what choice do I have i need to keep trying and hope one day someone will call and atleast speak to me
