Capitec withdrawal 2021 zerostars

I've being with this bank for sometime and have being enjoying the service until yesterday I used a Capitec ATM I did a withdrawal of 3000 but didn't receive my money at the end it said transaction declined but my money was removed from my account, now I don't have any money in my account all thanks to capitec I must wait for them to investigate for 30days this is the fist time something like this happend to me because of this unreliable bank I must wait for the money that they took!!! I hate this bank ! ! !
