capitec will not allow me to change my debit order dates

I have been tryingt to change my debit oredr dates for the past 3 month but teh only thing i got was to be sent from pillar to post. i went to the branch(krugersdorp) with a proof of payment and employment confirmation letter so that they can see i have changed companies and salary dates tehy told me to contact their collections depatartment wich i did and must saytehir whatspapp line is usless and not helpful at all i spoke to Tsietsti Agness who only gave me another email to contact for help my Salary goes into this account what is so hard for them to move the date from the 25th to the last day of the month all they whant to do is send me mesagges saying my credit card payments are late , of course they are late because my salary has changed dates
