Capitec why can`t you just assist

So here it goes. This is not the first time this matter has been mentioned on Hello Peter. I have been sequestrated and rehabilitated. But after a struggle to get hold of Capitec to assist me to amend my profile Capitec does not help at all. No one can assist me or refer me to the correct department. Now I am getting worried as I read all these complaints of Capitec unable to assist with these queries. All my other creditors already amended my profile how come I only struggle with this creditor?
