Capitec where's my money?????

Capitec bank your service just is beyond pathetic, I did an immediate transfer from my Capitec savings account to my FNB account at 3am on the 7/11/22 , i was charged immediate transfer fees and my money is still not in my account!!!! how is this possible???? i called 4 times and its been escalated but no one has looked at it yet. A consultant has the nerve to tell me i have to wait????? HOW DO I GET AROUND OR PURCHASE THINGS IF MY MONEY IS SOMEWHERE AND NO ONE KNOWS WHERE??????? you guys having a technical issue how is it my problem?????

I now called in for the 7th time only to find out that my issue was not logged when i called in yesterday at 7:15 am and it was only logged this afternoon, then the consultant says i must wait 30DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT THE HELL DO I DO WITHOUT MONEY FROM NOW TILL THEN, CAPITEC JUST BASICALLY STOLE R3500 from me an my money disappeared!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! REFERENCE ***9 / ***4
