CAPITEC WHAT A USELESS BANK

I'm very disappointed with capitec I would actually not even recommend it to any soul my brother passed on the 24th of September 2020 and was banking with them we went there to inform them with all the documents they needed just for us to get a statement so that we would know all the debit orders that were going through his account so that we can also inform others too all they said to us its not possible to get a statement the same day we have to wait 3 to 5 days cause they needed to submit those documents to head office to request a bank statement, the process was done and we waited for the statement even now we still waiting we keep doing follow up and they told us head office hasn't responded all I want to know is how long does it take to get just a mere bank statement as I'm telling you my brother is buried bank statement from capitec still nothing. Big ups to the big 4 banks their service was what I expected "wonderful".USELESS CAPITEC BANK
