Capitec Westwood Durban - messed up customer service

I was at capitec Westwood branch in Durban on Saturday 16 March 2024 at 10:00am.

I want to express a dusgust at messed up customer service from the lady (saying shes a lady is a disgust to actual ladies), to the female human being that was at the door.

Please refrain from keeping that at the door ever again. That do not deserve to be working at capitec or anywhere. Not even in the mine digging coal. That was very rude and verry arrogant, left a very unpleasent taste from the way she treated me.

Unfortunatley I did not get the name. I refuse to even call that a her, she, lady woman or human being.

I thought capitec interview people before employing them, worse before putting them on customer service.
