Capitec Westgate Branch is a joke.

My brother withdrew money at a Capitec ATM at Westgate Mall. Power went off before the ATM can dispense the cash however the amount was deducted from his account. He stood and when power came back the ATM still did not give out money. He went into the branch at the same mall to ask for help and to ask them to reverse the amount as he desperately needed the money. The consultants at the branch were not helpful at all. They did not help or even explain, they told him to come tomorrow and they will open a ticket. How can a bank not take their customers seriously. It's monthend and he needed to use the money. Can someone kindly assist him to get his money back. After resolving this he needs to change banks because CAPITEC IS A JOKE
