Capitec way too eager
I'm Capitec client for over 10 years now. I have a loan that is debited weekly, every week they will phone on the debit date regarding outstanding payment which is humiliating, further more I received other income for a specific purpose, they took note of it, smsed me that they Will debit me early and took my money a day before the authorized date
