Capitec Waterfall Mall Rustenburg

So today like any other day I visit the Capitec Branch in Rustenburg by Waterfall park they could not help me they are 9 out of 10 times offline and then they are rude to the customer because we are busy being unreasonable... I tried in Saturday and again roday just to get a new card but both times have been unsuccessful.... I tried the Branch at Platinum Square but their printers are not working
