capitec wastes time and is ******** to its customers

i have a big complain about capitec bank my father passed on the 2nd of may 2022 and was banking with capitec bank ,he had funds in the account and was asked need a letter of authority as he was divorced with my mother he used to receive money from a ref: rental since 2018 according hes has phones but we dont know the person paying this amount and we need that information as its my fathers property we have the death certificate and all that is required spoke to rhadaa from the head office and he said i must go to the branch they will assist me have all the reference numbers and all but still i went to protea glen capitec helped by livhuwani she said there's nothing they can do the branch manager Gugu worse worse worse Yoh said there's nothing they can d but the have all the information to assist so i can collect the money as my father is no more this person is staying there rent free my father is not there to talk for himself any more i am closing my capital account with immediate effect and my sister mum and the rest of the family will also complain on face book and campaign how bad this bank is meaning if i die my kids wont get assisted muss everything about capitec is a joke sending you from pillar to post back and front and all that i just lost my dad and the income which i used to get also every month what will me and my sister eat if this person is not found my number email ***
