Capitec wasted my time

It saddens me to acknowledge that Capitec is failing as I consider them fair and proficient. I requested a loan last year online and I was very impressed to witness a seamless and professional process. They paid out the money within 48 hours and at the best rate I have ever seen in the banking sector in SA. Now I am two months from paying off my loan but since there is an online project I would like to commence I asked for another loan. Logically I thought it would be a similar painless process as the last loan but NO! I encountered a gentleman by the name of Ayanda online and via communications who is appearently still s****ing up. After sending all the required documentation he noticed I had changed employer and since the company I work for wasn't registered he asked that I go into a branch to present my payslips to register the company. Albeit it seemed vague I comp**** and at the branch (in Eastgate) I was informed I would need all the other documentation which I presented (after I procured copies - waisting more of my time). A day later the teller asked me to kindly send a letter of employement and I did. 4 days later after radio silence I get in touch again with Ayanda who informs me it is sorted and will continue with the application. A day later Ayanda calls me and tell me the good news is that the company I work for is now registered but unfortunately I will need to go to a branch to do another application (all over again). I arrive at the branch with all documentation, I take 5 pics, finger prints twice and after two hours the teller tells the company details are not loaded on the system and as such they will not be able to continue.

If I consider the time I spent communicating and collating all documentation, going to my employer to ask for a letter of employment, taking time off work to go to the branch twice and chasing after Ayanda, I get seriously mad! I have gone from a satisfied client who would often discuss and refer people to the bank to a totally disgruntled and scorned client who will most likely never bank with Capitec or switch (since I was conidering it due to the introduction of a CC). Sad but it feels like an unnecessary, bad break up.
