Capitec want to ***** community money for December stokvel

We are a community doing a stokval for December.. The affidavits have been sent bank the bank ***** refuses to release the community money.. I suspect they want to the community to give up fighting and ***** the community money.. This bank practices ****** they do this mostly to blacks...
