Capitec vs *********

********* stole my bank card at the ATM and i am can understand how they do it but they stole R3900 out of my account i thought the ATM took my bank card but when i recieved 2 notifications thats when i realised i have been ****** went to the police open a case went to Capitec bank to report the case and they said they will investigate but the bank phoned me and said they are not going to give my money back then i contact the banks ombudsman they also said will investigate but phoned back and said no the money will not be paid back the time is the problem time of money is withdrawn from Capitec ATM was 8:25 and i canceld the card at 8:34 but what they dont take in consideration is i did not have data and airtime on my phone to call my wife is did send her whats ups but did not go through and i get in my car at 8:24 and 8:25 the money is withdrawn and i must go with my car to my house and when i got home i shout to my wife my money and card is been ****** she was in shock and have to look on the internet for the number to phone to cancel so yes very traumatic the card was cancelled 8:34 Capitec is making ********* richer and the unest clients poor they dont believe my money is been ****** just because of the time. I went to the shop were the money was withdrawn and the ouwner was so good to mee and he saw on the video the guy and at the exact time of transaction and he send me the video's the police did not investigate the case and did not go to the shop and see the video footage so how does this work Capitec Bank is not working for its clients is helping *********
