Capitec very poor service

On 06 October 2025 i tapped for an amount of R280 i didnt go through and on the slip it said it will be reversed i tapped again and it went through the merchant kept the slip after 2 days went to capitec they said it shows pending on my account it will clear after 7 days and it will go back to account after 10 days it was still showing pending went to capitec again they said i must get proof from merchant merchant said he doesnt have anything but remembered it and gave a cash sale slip of 280 and said yes only one payment was received went to capitec they said inside they reversed its 12 days now nothing phoned capitec they said i must sent slip of sale now they say its not accepted as they need pos numbers and i dont know this is the only thing i have. This is unnaceptable merchant didnt get money i dont have it as it is pending went out of my account so capitec is keeping my money. This is according to me *****. Can someone assist me in way forward as it seems money will go out of your account and no one can assist you
