CAPITEC VEHICLE FINANCE IS A NO GO (Unless you like pulling out your hair)

I decided to try Capitec Vehicle finance, getting approved was simple as it was done online, I was then sent to a dealer to test drive a vehicle, from there is went downhill, despite numerous calls an emails no-one from Capitec gets back to me to give me feedback , it feels like I'm begging for simple customer etiquette and service.

If you desire a vehicle finance company then Capitec is a no go, the service is atrocious, you will lose a deal on your preferred vehicle very quickly...
