Capitec Vaal mall branch is like home affrairs
I visited the Cpitec branch in the Vaal mall a few times in the past few weeks. They let people enter without issuing tickets and then go around giving seared people tickets. This lack of governance/adult supervision will cost you at least one customer if you don't correct this nonsense
