Capitec usless bank

I have had a loan with capitec Bank for some time, and this loan has never been in erreas, until the start of a lock down last year and I requested that I will only be able to pay R2000 a month as an arrangement, because of the situation of covid that we are facing right now, the situation has not been easy and we have missed payments today my earning capitec dicided to take all my salary all at the same time. How will I survive the whole month when they ********ly have taken my whole salary? I said to thier consultants I can't afford installment of R4900 from a salary of R3000 I could afford it before as I was paying now things are different side bussines is not a possibility, how can they take my whole salary how do my children survive? I need that money returned or that will be the last you see from me.

I am calling the bank and speaking to some arrogant consultant who feels he is now in control and feels like he can just tell me he is not reversing any of my money, how do I buy food for my children how do I go to work? I will struggle, my account has never been in erraas prior covid 19, but to deal with a stupid that doesn't understand the times. It is fine I will not have salary this month, but for sure my salary is removed from this bank and they will love the fact that from here on I will pay them R500 a month. Thank you capitec with your usless consultants, I had been with this bank for ever since before 2005 I have had loans with them and paid them in full.
