Capitec useless when it comes to debit orders

Capitec is just useless when it comes to debit orders.clientele agent made a debit order without my approval and consent I called asked Capitec to reverse my money but they couldn't even help.i even explained everything to them that I even have a confirmation email from clientele that I have cancelled everything with them.what really amazes me is that the account didn't have money the whole day clientele didn't try to make a debit order but as soon as I receive money in a matter of seconds clientele has debited and they say they can't reverse and it seems most people who uses Capitec has a clientele problem I really suspect Capitec has a business with clientele.And now I am really done with Capitec
