Capitec useless ****

Capitec Bank is a nightmare for me and many other people, their staff is not trained up properly, they have bad attitudes as if u owe them something. Point blank they are *********** case closed. I sold my car and used my uncles bank account for the money to be transferred into the buyer sent the first payment of R17000 he then fetched the car and sent the second payment of R19000, after the transactions was made the buyer went to his bank and claimed he was de*****ed and Capitec just froze my uncles account without calling him or emailing him I already withdrew R16000 from the bank at that point. The card was swallowed so my uncle went to the flora centre branch they told him long **** stories, we then went to Goldman branch still no flipped help there last resort was Westgate mall they told us to provide affidavits and proof of payment of which I did but now they asking me to get the proof of payment with the buyers account number and **** how the **** must I get that cause this person is nowhere to be found my money is frozen and my car is gone but Capitec can't do ****all to help me they don't protect their clients like any other bank would they ****en useless
