Capitec - useless

Good day

I lodged a complaint and the issue has not been solved nor has anyone called me to discuss this. The issue was that capitec indicates that I have a listing on my name and now it says based on that I do not qualify

I do have the confirmation that my name has been removed.

Please assist.
