CAPITEC = USELESS

Seriously the most USELESS bank of all time !!! For over 3 years been trying to change my details, honestly not the hardest thing to do one would think but Capitec really are useless they can't do it. I also had 2 loans that are paid up 4 months before their time but Capitec still charges me interest on these now why they paid off ??? I mail customer care takes then forever to come back to me and they still can't give me answer. To big to quickly now they USELESS !!!!
