Capitec use POPI act as a scape goat

Capitec says they cant reverse money that i authorise . If i made a mistake i loose the money as their rule does not reverse. Now me and my wife stay in boksburg we pay for someone that the popi act protect in La lucia in KZN. Nor capitec or Hollywoodbets is willing to help .when we speak to the ***** depatment at Capitec they just say we can do nothing you approve it on your phone. Now if i play and pay from my account for a hollywoodbet account in my name why would i complaint. Why cant they work together to solve it with me rather then to give me stories.Now i can see why people can hack Capitec cause they cant protect even one customers account . Capitec has the most and very unhelpful useless agents ever.i am going to the ombadsman of banking and deal with Capitec. Then i will go to the gambling board to deal with Hollywood you protect ********s who *****s from my account. You use the popi act not to do your work .Capitec close the investigation with out my knowledge and charge me R80. No proof of investing nothing , then get tired of me calling them. I just want to tell you as the public becareful, it can be you tomorow
