Capitec update information

<p>Hi I've been getting sms's to update my information and the sms says I must have my ID document and proof of address only.been to my nearest Capitec branch and was asked to produce my documents which I did and was told that one document is missing which is my payslip because am working and was not assisted.its really annoying when you send sms and not enough information is provided.and I came back again and was told my proof of address was not right,not assisted again.next time I don't know what I will told</p>
