Capitec Unsympathetic Service
Would not recommend Capitec Funeral policies. After making six monthly payments, my father-in-law passed away 6 days before cover period was up. No sympathy at all. Consultant advised us that they usually pay a percentage of payout but they have rejected claim totally. I have read other inputs on this site and realised that they will find any way not to pay out.
