capitec unsafe bank and insecure account

Hi i have an very bad experience with capitec R8500 was withdraw from my account someone was got my account haked I withdrawn from the money i when the bank the same day to report the the matter they give me my a case number try to trace the money no success for they informed me later they have got 3500 but i to today i have no receive a cent back of my money i lost it sad to say have easily been someone got get into my account and withdraw the money from my account and the hulp capitec give my was very very bad i don't have and trust in capitec and i warn all please your moneybis not safe and please let my review safe you from n big lost like mine...from my view there is supposed to to be insurance for this tipe of incidents that to cover the client because i lost my money that was ment for my household.....and up to today i did not receive any feedback or refunds
