Capitec Unreliable in times of need

What is wrong with Capitec Bank Loans department.

I made a loan with Capitec that was supposed to be over 50 months of which i was supposed to pay a certain amount. I reduced the payment period to 23 months by paying almost double the amount of the initial payment.

Now when i want to make another loan, they say i skipped one or twice a payment in the 12 months period. My debits went all off in the month of payment and credit score is above good and loan not in arrears.

I tried to get hold of Capitec, they send me to Experian. Experian says there is nothing wrong from their side and says the problem lies with Capitec
