Capitec Unprofessionalism

I went into Capitec Branch at Randburg Square to increase the Term on my Access Facility. As much as I appreciate that Capitec gave me an Access Facility, I do not appreciate what the Capitec Staff member at Randburg Square did on 20 August. HE SENT OUT INSTRUCTIONS TO ALL MY CREDITORS TO SWITCH DEBIT ORDERS TO CAPITEC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND HE DID THIS WITHOUT MY CONSENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I did not get this gentleman's name as I only discovered what was happening after I started receiving smes about the debit order switches. I then had to scramble calling ALL these companies telling them NOT to switch my debit orders to Capitec because my salary does not get paid into my Capitec account.

How could this Capitec Staff member be so unprofessional? Do Capitec Staff members receive commission for switching debit orders to Capitec? Or is it the debit order fee of R3.50 per debit order that they charge? Whatever the reason, what this gentleman did was unprofessional. I really feel for others who have experienced this and do not have access to platforms like HelloPeter.

Its unprofessional and uncalled for on the part of Capitec. Watch out when you go into a Capitec branch! They might just ruin your life!
