Capitec - Unprofessional Service

Capitec has debited my ABSA account earlier (15th) than agreed washout my consent. The agreement is to do a debit coinciding with my salary date (25th). Due to me not having sufficient fun in my account, ABSA charges a penalty fee rejecting the claim. This tarnishes my record with ABSA because of Capitec's stuff-up. I contacted Capitec and had the most unprofessional consultants assist with no positive outcome. They push you from on consultant to the next and I was even put back in the call queue. Why must I have a bad credit record and pay a penalty because of a bank (Capitec) stuff-up. No one from the bank (Capitec) were able help me. I was just referred from one consultant to another. The lack of product knowledge and professionalism was very evident. I tried calling the complaints department and was unsuccessful as the call is never answered. All you get is a recording. Its true that a bank with low fees offer cheap/poor services. (You get what you pay for). My advice to you out there rather pay a higher service fee for banks that that offer professional services. Advice from anyone is welcomed and appreciated.
