Capitec uninterested in resolving their mistakes.
Capitec responds to complaints very quickly but then they don't follow through. They phone and listen to the complaint. They promise to resolve the issue but then they never get back to you again.
Two agents Bongi Mhawa and Siyabonga Blayi have responded to my qeury but have never resolved the problem or even gotten back to me with feedback.
