Capitec unhappy client.
Since 2017 my account has been frozen even after the court matters are done, I cant even access my money that's there in the account. Even in the branch they cant help only refer me to contact their ccs legal which never responded to any of my emails which I send almost every week on Mondays for the past 4 years with no reply. Even now I don't know where what to do or where to go for help. The email that was given to contact is: ***

Thank you so much for attending this matter for me.
Capitec eventually did contact me after 4 years, but I'm still not happy with their conclusion on the matter.
They say I should bring the court paper to prove that the order is no more or closed.
I went to court and they said there's no such document which can be given to open the account.
Who on earth leaves with a document from court when the case has ended?
That's besides that the point here is : the court order demanded my account to be closed in 2017 was specific - that they should " freeze the account and remove all monies in it to the specific account". Which they did and my account was 00 Balance.
Since then I thought it will be open like my other bank accounts which where frozen and left it like that with my electricity rebates being paid to it every month till date. Which is now R25000 +/- Balance.
My issue is that these rebates came after the court order into my account so please can you help me get my money and leave capitec alone.
Or maybe they have court order to hold my rebates again?
My Fnb, absa and standard bank are automatically open I'm still using them today and I didn't send any documentation to have them unfrozen.
