Capitec unblock my account please

My account has been blocked since the last 14th of this month, coincidentally so on my payday. I thought all will be wel by now, went to their branch at Vosloorus but nothing’s happening. They wanted prove that Im not using my account for ***** or business and I gave them that even made affidavits. My rent is not paid and my kids’ school fees is also not paid. I’ve written emails even cc’d NCR but nothing is helping. I don’t know what to do, I need to pay people and my life is stagnant.
