Capitec unauthorized NP legal debit order
There is an unauthorized debit order for R280 from NP legal off on my account. I visited the branch and was told the transaction could not be reversed, and that I should contact the company. Not only does this company not have valid contact details, but I can't understand how Capitec can't assist customers with the reversal of these transactions. And here I was under the impression that Capitec is a reputable institution that provides a service to their clients and not shady companies like NP legal.
