CAPITEC - Unauthorized Debit Orders

Unauthorized Debit Order from Doublejce for R89. I have stopped and disputed this debit order a few times from the banking app but to no avail, they just keep on coming. Was very very satisfied with Capitec until now, and stuck with them through the recent scandal. But this might prompt me to seek another bank for my families business and personal accounts as well as 10 of my staff.
