Capitec Unauthorised debit

For the past two months, my 70-year-old mother has been debited close to R4000 under NPJ MCA debits, i don't understand how Capitec can authorise a debit other without the compony details, the said they cant stop or reverse the debits either so what is the client surpassed to do if the bank is not willing to assist, this is really unacceptable, now my mother is losing most of her pension money and capitec is just folding hands ,so the only solution is to close all of her services with this bank, it useless.
