Capitec Unable to reverse an Unauthorized Debit Order

Hi, My name is Karabo R, i woke up today to an irritating message of an unauthorized debit order that ran on my account from Tectrum Legal Services for R285, i then went to Capitec branch in Braamfontein to ask them to reverse the debit order and spoke to Zaza and she said they cant reverse it i have to speak to the company and there was no answer. How is it that such a big company like Capitec with Millions on consumers is unable (cant) reverse a disputed unauthorized debit order? Other banks gives a consumer the owner of the account to accept or decline a debit order and or reverse it. I would like to get my money back as it is imposable for such a company to reverse a debit order.
