Capitec turned life upside down

Capitec Bank has made my life a living Hell,First and foremost ,they closed my saving account because someone i do not even know or even met in my entire was too careless with his banking details ,so they say and they gave him the benefit of the doubt ,first preference and me at other hand ,it all became my fault ,just to put it mildly .I then requested access to my over the counter bank statement so i could secure a loan to consolidate the loans i have with them,guess what!my plea was then flushed down like a dirty used toilet paper.ooh....ooooh !Capitec.....today i received my consumer report,it states that ,i have a current balance of R1,280 on a micro loan dating way back in 2015 .Capitec please tell me this a mistake or a joke .Capitec you have turned my life upside down..........i'ts enough now
