Capitec treating their customers like trash.

A company(YMA Consulting) tried to put me under debt review without consent and I spoke to all my creditors and my main bank immediately, so their registration was removed and cleared with all my creditors. Capitec is refusing to clear me and locked all my funds on the credit card although I never missed a payment with them and I pay almost R10k towards them every month. I’ve been pleading with them but they simply tell me that I need to settle the credit card despite me telling them how this is affecting my finances. I feel like they don’t care about their customers and are very *********** cause each time you go there you get a different feedback.

I regret ever choosing them as my creditors, I might loose my car because of this and they don’t seem to care.
